Job Summary
The Office Administrator will be foodle responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, maintaining records, and providing support to various departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and company events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees when required.
- Support HR activities, including onboarding and employee documentation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office vendors and service providers.
- Ensure office facilities remain organized, clean, and operational.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative, office support, or customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience with office management software and CRM systems.
